Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable)
